Fee From Refund
Available to most of our clients, this means no fee is payable until the Australian Tax Office refund is received. This generally takes between 5-10 business days from when you come in for your appointment.

Our competitors are generally only open for about 6 months of the year. They have training programs allowing them to churn and burn tax agent assistants from young university students or stay at home parents who will be employed (generally) for between 1-2 years and then the person will move on and do something else. Generally a tax return will take 30 minutes to complete however if you have rental properties, Capital Gains Tax events or are seeking detailed advice the appointment may take longer. We encourage all our clients to ask as many tax related questions as they can during this appointment and we will ensure while providing a timely tax return that your questions are all answered properly and your individual tax situation will be assessed and advised upon.
All Year Support
Unlike most of our competitors, we are open throughout the whole year and not just during the “tax season” between July and November. This means if you have questions or your situation changes and you require tax advice, help is just a phone call away.

Minimum information Required
We can normally complete your personal tax return provided we have the following minimum information:
- Name
- Tax file number
- Date of Birth
Often we will be able to access income summaries from employers and interest summaries from banks from our Tax Agent Portal however if you have a rental property then we will definitely need a completed year end summary or some sort of rental statement.
